Cross Creek School:
The Ranch's Cross Creek School (Day Treatment Program), in collaboration with the Franklin County Educational Service Center, helps youth who are struggling in traditional school settings achieve success. The program offers an enriching academic setting, while addressing the student's mental health and behavioral barriers to learning. Research supports increases success when mental health services provided in an integrated manner with education. Our specialized, dedicated staff and teachers reach these children at a crucial time in their development and help redirect the course of their lives.
In order to positively affect as many students as possible, this daytime treatment program allows children to remain in their homes or community-based settings while receiving special education and regular classes. Additionally, students have the ability to transition to their home school districts with clinical support and services.
Alum Crest High School:
The Buckeye Ranch supports Alum Crest High School in Columbus Public Schools with case management, individual and group counseling services. Students with emotional disturbances are placed at Alum Crest by Columbus Public Schools
