ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, FOSTER CARE – Columbus

Seeking a dynamic individual to provide full-time administrative support to the training coordinator, supervisors, and staff within our foster care division.  Examples include greeting and welcoming guests, answering and logging calls from foster parents and vendors, sorting and distributing mail, developing and maintaining spreadsheets, tracking foster parent training, processing case records, monthly reports, and treatment plans, entering critical information into the FCCS system, maintaining digital and paper records, ordering supplies, etc.  High school diploma or equivalent and 1 – 2 years of relevant experience required.  Demonstrated computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook also required.  Evening hours.  Full-time.

CASE MANAGER, FOSTER CARE

Provide case management services to children in care, primary families, and resource families in the following areas.  Requires on call rotation and flexible hours to meet the needs of children and families.  Degree and current State of Ohio PC or LSW licensure required.  Experience in foster care, mental health, and/or child welfare preferred.  Diverse applicants sought to work with a diverse population.  Full-time positions available in:

CLINICIAN, DEAF SERVICES
– Columbus

Within the Deaf Services Program, this individual works with young people and families, across the State of Ohio, providing case management services and mental health interventions.  Also provides supervision and facilitates therapeutic groups in structured settings.  Mental health experience, advanced American Sign Language (ASL) skills, and thorough understanding of Deaf Culture required.  Bachelor’s degree and State of Ohio LSW or PC license required.  Master’s degree preferred.  Full-time.

CLINICIAN, HOME-BASED – Columbus – W Broad St

Provide community-based, in home family and individual counseling to young people and their families who are struggling with multiple challenges such as trauma, substance abuse, and legal involvement.  Family-centered perspective and ability to work with diverse collaterals is required.  Experience with family-therapy, trauma treatment, delinquency issues, and substance abuse treatment preferred.  State of Ohio LSW or LPC licensure required.  Master’s degree in human services preferred.  Consideration will be given to applicants with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, LSW licensure, and demonstrated long-term clinical experience with children and families.  On-going professional development, training, team building, and opportunities for growth provided.  Diverse applicants sought to work with a diverse population.  Full-time.

MAINTENANCE REPAIR WORKER

Responsibilities include electrical wiring/repair, plumbing, carpentry, general & preventative maintenance repairs, drywall, doors, etc. Electrical and handyman/maintenance experience required.  Full-time.

YOUTH LEADER - Residential - Grove City

Work with young people.  Make a difference.  This full-time, entry-level, 2nd shift position provides one-on-one and group supervision, intervention, and behavioral leadership of young people in residential care to establish and maintain a positive treatment environment and desired treatment outcomes.  The ability to handle physical and recreational activities is needed.  High school diploma or equivalent required.  Applicants must be 21+ years of age, have a clean criminal record and a good driving record with no more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents within the past 3 years.  Experience working with young people strongly preferred.  College degree also preferred, but not required.  Diverse applicants sought to work with a diverse population.  2nd Shift work schedule includes weekends.  Full-time.
