FUNCTIONAL FAMILY THERAPY (FFT) CLINICIAN – Columbus
The Buckeye Ranch is seeking an individual with mental health clinical training and experience to provide Functional Family Therapy (FFT). FFT is a well-researched community-based treatment model directed at youth involved in criminal activity and their families. Interested persons may locate information about this treatment model on the internet at http://www.functionalfamilytherapy.com/ Duties include assessment, treatment, and collaboration with families, youth, and community agency staff. Clinicians will function as part of an FFT team and will participate in weekly team supervision and consultation. Must be able to work non-traditional hours and be available to provide periodic on-call 24-hour coverage. Master’s degree in a mental health field and state of Ohio LSW or PC licensure is required. FFT experience and/or independent licensure preferred. Specific experience in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and behaviorally-based treatments is also preferred. HOME-BASED CLINICIAN - Columbus
Provide community-based, in home family and individual counseling to young people and their families who are struggling with multiple challenges such as trauma, substance abuse, and legal involvement. Family-centered perspective and ability to work with diverse collaterals is required. Experience with family-therapy, trauma treatment, delinquency issues, and substance abuse treatment preferred. State of Ohio LSW, PC, or MFT licensure required. Master’s degree in human services preferred. However, consideration will be given to applicants with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, LSW licensure, and demonstrated long-term clinical experience with children and families. OUTPATIENT CLINICIAN (CONTRACT/PART-TIME) – Columbus
This contract position provides counseling to children/adolescents and their families. Strong clinical and organizational skills and the ability to work with collateral systems are essential in this challenging position. Previous experience with family systems work is preferred. Professional support, team building, and opportunities for growth are provided. Master’s degree in human services and current state of Ohio LSW, PC, or MFT licensure is required. Seeking Columbus-based part-time drivers to provide prompt, professional, confidential, reliable, and safe transportation service to clients using own personal vehicle. Responsibilities include supervising clients during transportation, tracking and logging mileage, and reporting all incidents or problems to supervisor in a timely manner. Valid driver's license and excellent driving record required. Personal vehicle must be kept clean and well-maintained. Scheduling flexibility is a must. Weekly hours may vary widely from 20 hours to 30 hours with the possibility for discretionary weekend hours. Hourly wage plus mileage reimbursement. Part-time.
YOUTH LEADER - Residential - Grove City
Work with young people. Make a difference. This full-time, entry-level, 2nd shift position provides one-on-one and group supervision, intervention, and behavioral leadership of young people in residential care to establish and maintain a positive treatment environment and desired treatment outcomes. The ability to handle physical and recreational activities is needed. High school diploma or equivalent required. Applicants must be 21+ years of age, have a clean criminal record and a good driving record with no more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents within the past 3 years. Experience working with young people strongly preferred. College degree also preferred, but not required.
