BRIDGES LIAISON  -  Transition-Age Youth 

The Buckeye Ranch is one of Ohio’s leading providers of emotional, behavioral, mental health, and substance abuse services.  We work with children and young adults, many of whom have experienced abuse or neglect, and families who are facing significant challenges and often multiple stressors.

Exciting opportunity

The Buckeye Ranch Transition-Age Youth program is currently seeking full-time Bridges Liaisons to provide invaluable independent living case management services to young adults, ages 18-21, in the central Ohio region, who have aged out of county custody. 

Responsibilities include having frequent contact with these young adults in order to assist them with long-term planning to include education; employment; housing; a variety of independent living skills, etc. 

Making court appearances, as needed, and driving significant miles are essential functions of this position.


Bachelor’s degree

Preferred, but not required:

3+ years of child welfare knowledge and/or experience
