RESIDENTIAL CLINICAL CASE MANAGER - 12-bed, female unit, ages 13-18

Our Residential team is seeking an energetic, creative, and team-focused individual with excellent time management and problem-solving skills to provide collaborative clinical services to female youth, in residential care, ages 13-18, with emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns.

Responsibilities involve facilitating therapeutic groups; individual counseling sessions; assistance with admissions; active participation on a treatment team; and ongoing collaboration with a lead clinician and external systems including families, courts, probation officers, and child welfare workers.

Other duties include assisting with providing guidance to direct care staff and, also, providing clinical suppport from admission to discharge back into the community.

Work schedule may include evening hours and/or weekend hours

Required:

Bachelor's degree

State of Ohio LSW, LPC, or MFT license or license eligibility
