SERVICE COORDINATOR  -  Admissions and Engagement

In alignment with our Core Values, ensures that quality customer interactions occur with families, referral sources, and staff from inquiry, to admission, to discharge. 

Demonstrates the capacity to learn and consistently apply key customer service principles.

Keeps clients, families, and internal/external customers as a focus in day-to-day job responsibilities. 

Maintains a high volume of detailed information in an electronic database; answers phones; facilitates the referral process; gathers and maintains financial information; and supports marketing efforts. 

A high degree of personal responsibility and dependability on the job is expected in this position as is the ability to consistently function as a positive and contributing team member. 

Required: 

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of related work experience

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment
