The Buckeye Ranch is one of Ohio’s leading providers of emotional, behavioral, mental health, and substance abuse services. We work with children and families, many of whom have experienced abuse or neglect, who are facing significant challenges and often multiple stressors.

The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a licensed clinician to advance Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) principles and knowledge throughout the agency. The Trauma Informed Care Administrator will work with the Director of Clinical Development to lead the agency in implementing and sustaining the application of TIC principles throughout the organization. This position is responsible for evaluating, planning and executing Trauma Informed Care strategies across all agency programs and departments. The position includes oversight of the certification and maintenance of the Neuro-Sequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT) within the agency and responsibility for increasing and sustaining understanding and application of NMT concepts throughout the organization. Requirements include Phase I Certification in NMT, a thorough understanding of TIC principles, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to provide training, facilitate groups, and work with diverse programs. Organization, adaptability, and a commitment to knowledge-building are essential. 

 

 

Required:

Master's degree

Phase I Certification in NMT

Thorough understanding of TIC principles

Current state of Ohio LSW, LPC, or MFT license in good standing
