June DeLeo (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) has dedicated her career to supporting people for over 30 years. Presently, she serves as The Buckeye Ranch’s first ever Vice President of People and Culture, where she leads the Human Resources, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and Professional Development teams in supporting the organization’s strategic focus on workforce development and workplace culture. Formerly, she served the organization as the Director of Human Resources since 2019.
Before joining the team at The Buckeye Ranch, June supported team members at a variety of organizations, including Lutheran Social Services of Central Ohio, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc., HR Response, and MedFlight of Ohio. Through it all, June has always strived to make a meaningful impact in ensuring equitable workplaces where team members feel seen and heard so they can make an impact in their communities.
June holds a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business, as well as Human Resources professional certifications such as Senior Certified Professional from the Society of Human Resource Management and a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
