Same-Day Access to counseling services and other programming is available to children, youth, and their families.

Access Availability

The Buckeye Ranch offers Same-Day Access for teens, children, and families to start services Monday through Thursday virtually or in person at two of our Columbus locations:

Mondays 9:00 am – 3:00 pm @ 2865 West Broad Street, Columbus
Tuesdays 9:00 am – 3:00 pm @ 2865 West Broad Street, Columbus
Wednesdays 9:00 am – 6:00 pm @ 4653 East Main Street, Whitehall
Thursdays 9:00 am – 3:00 pm @ 4653 East Main Street, Whitehall

Our Process

At the time of the assessment, our team will work with the youth and caregiver to:

Sign any necessary paperwork
Complete a comprehensive (mental health and substance use) diagnostic assessment and/or Child and Adolescent Needs & Strengths Assessment with a licensed therapist
Make a referral for ongoing services, based on the needs of the child and family identified during the assessment
