Our educational programming, offered in dozens of Central Ohio schools as well as our own non-public charter school, offers mental health counseling and skills development for students of all ages.
We teach students in grades K-12 a variety of counseling and treatment options for various mental health concerns, including grief, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Our clinicians are housed in dozens of schools throughout Central Ohio, integrated into the school setting to allow students easy access to mental health support that they might otherwise not be able to receive.
We currently have a presence in these districts:
Students in grades K-12 have access to therapeutic support and educational programming via the Bonner Academy, a day treatment mental health program designed for children dealing with psychological issues that affect their ability to operate in a school setting. Our Elementary School and Upper School programs teach valuable skills alongside group therapy, and we offer 24-hour, on-call crisis management services as well.
Learn MoreOur Somali Outreach and Mental Health program provides culturally–specific intensive and non-intensive clinical and case management services. Using Somali-speaking case managers, we provide support for Somali youth and families struggling with symptoms related to loss, trauma, and resettlement, as well as issues common to the process of merging cultures. The outreach component of the program connects Somali families to community resources specific to their needs. We provide acculturation services to the Somali community in Franklin County and service providers with many Somali clients and patrons.
