Lindsay Williams, MSW

Vice President, Child Welfare Services

Lindsay Williams (MSW) has dedicated her career to supporting youth within her community, and across the state of Ohio, for over 20 years. Presently, she serves as the Vice President of Child Welfare Services at The Buckeye Ranch, where she oversees The Buckeye Ranch’s Permanent Family Solutions Network (PFSN) program, Transitional Age Youth programs, and Foster Care program. With her support, these programs make a life-changing impact for thousands of youth and families each year.

Prior to joining The Buckeye Ranch in 2022, Lindsay has served in a wide range of roles across the child welfare space at both the community and state level, from caseworker, to supervisor, to administrator. She’s supported organizations like the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) and Richland County Children Services. Prior to this role at The Buckeye Ranch, she served as the Executive Director of Ohio’s Children Trust Fund. Through it all, her goal has always been to provide better outcomes for youth and families across the state of Ohio.

Lindsay holds a master’s degree in social work from The Ohio State University, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The Ohio State University, and a certification in Human Services Administration from The Ohio State University.
