It is The Buckeye Ranch’s priority to ensure the protection and dignity of the children and families we serve. As such, we have a responsibility to provide those rights to everyone enrolled in Buckeye Ranch programs.

Who supports youth and family rights at The Buckeye Ranch?

The Quality Improvement Department and Clients Rights Officer (CRO) at The Buckeye Ranch ensure that in addition to complying with reporting duties, clinical team members are familiar with rights afforded to all children and families receiving supports from The Buckeye Ranch, including: Child’s Rights, Rights of Persons with a Developmental Disability, Residential Client Rights, Permanent Family Solutions Network (PFSN) Client Rights, Foster Care, and Responsible Parties Rights.

The Buckeye Ranch collaborates with Disability Rights Ohio on an ongoing basis to ensure that we are providing a respectful experience that honors all youth and family rights.
