In order to support the increased need for residential care for youth in Ohio, The Buckeye Ranch broke ground on a new $35M investment in our Residential Treatment Services campus in Grove City in January of 2024.
The project will add a new 57,000 sq/ft building on our Grove City campus, which will allow for an increased total capacity to support the increased need for Residential Treatment Services at The Buckeye Ranch. The additional build will put our total capacity at 96 total beds for Residential Treatment Services, with 20 total PRTF beds, 72 total QRTP beds, as well as 4 crisis stabilization beds. The project will also support renovations on our existing campus buildings, including our school building and our dining areas, to accommodate for the additional youth on campus once the new building opens in summer 2025.
The Buckeye Ranch is excited to get the project underway. So far, we have raised $20 million of the $35 million needed to complete the project and are looking for supporters to help us close the gap to bring the facility to life. We’re setting a goal to open our doors in summer 2025, but we cannot do it without YOUR support.
